New Street Deli is a simple but effective concept. The recipes are very straighforward for my team to create, and the training that Gala provided made this a smooth transition to incorporate this concept within our store.
Since launching Coffee Junction in store 18 months ago, sales have increased significantly and with it, we have noticed a sizable increase in sales of ancillary products such as pastries, scones and health / snacking bars etc. The unit is modern in its appearance, comparable to anything in the market. It’s attractive and appealing to consumers and gives a very professional image to the category overall. I recently installed the Galato concept as part of our store revamp. Galato has generated excitement with fresh menu options to satisfy all customers, both adults and kids. The Concept itself is beautifully presented, and our ice cream sales have doubled. We are looking forward to taking advantage of a longer selling season. Gala has extended promotions to support and drive sales, not only during the traditional summer months but beyond which has helped to broaden our sales of Galato.
Customers really love the taste of our new Blissimo range. With such a short waiting time they can order their pizza ,do their shopping and its ready for them before they leave. Its made a real impact on our evening trade and added something new to our offering. We couldn’t be happier
Baker’s Corner has been a great addition to my store. Its performance has increased my sales and margin. The products are great quality and my customers always comment on the freshness and taste. I am excited for the new products that are being launched with the Baker’s Corner image as I’m confident that they will extend our quality offering of baked goods in-store. Baker’s Corner gives us a reason for shoppers to visit our store and a point of difference from our competitors.
Since changing from a generic bean to Lavazza coffee, and introducing Coffee Junction, I was impressed by the significant uplift in coffee cup sales for our store. It was a real turning point and we have gained new customers because of the change in our offering. Coffee Junction as a brand has been a very positive move for our business
The introduction of Galato has added an extra layer to something that we were already doing. We were already known for our ice cream offering, but the addition of Galato has made this so much stronger. Our sales have increased hugely, especially during the summer season.
The Distill image is so strong and vibrant, it draws customers into my off licence. The section was somewhat lost before within the store, but the logo name and image has provided a focus. The range and layout is perfect for my store.
