- Promotion Period: The Gala Retail 25th Anniversary Home or Away Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins on 5th February 2024 and ends on 17th March 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
- Eligibility: To enter the Promotion, participants must be aged 18 and over and residents of the Republic of Ireland (“ROI”). Employees of Gala Retail and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- How to Enter: Customers who spend over €10 in participating Gala Retail stores during the Promotion Period are eligible to enter the draw. There is no limit on the number of entries.
- Prizes:
– x10 Family Holidays Abroad (each valued at €4,000): Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative. Winners will receive a holiday voucher for specific holiday providers. Separate holiday voucher T&Cs sit with the specific holiday provider.
– x15 Staycations across Ireland (each valued at €2,500): Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative. - Winners will be notified by email and or phone by a Gala Retail representative
- Publicity: By entering the Promotion, participants agree that their name and county may be released if they win. Winners also agree that their image may be used by Gala Retail for promotional purposes during and after the competition for an unspecified period, including mention in press releases and online materials.
- Data Usage: Participants’ data will be held by Gala Retail and may be shared with its estate of stores. It will not be sold and will not be passed to any third parties. Data may be used for promotional and PR purposes for an unspecified period.
- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Judges’ Decision: The judges’ decision shall be final, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
