Support and Training are key to Gala's success. Below is a brief guide of the services we provide:
Phase One - Setting up Shop
Gala advises new shop owners on their shops location, size, exterior planning and design, interior design and layout, and equipment sourced from recommended suppliers.
Once retailers have decided on the design and layout of their shop. Gala advisors are there to offer support with the implementation of features such as contract management, category management, fresh food department set-up, merchandising, staff training and store openings.
Phase Two - Ongoing Support & Training
Our Regional Managers are available to give advice on local and fresh food. We can also act as your project co-ordinator, customer service manager and provide customer service support. Regional Managers are also available to guide you through your new marketing initiatives and provide financial budgetary advise and turnover.
Ongoing Retail Support is provided through:
